This week I wanted to talk about the satisfaction that you can have
by choosing what wine to drink with what meals you are eating.
As you might already know there are certain foods that should be
eaten with certain wines. This week I will write about eating steak
and drinking wines as they go so well together. Some of the best
wines are tasted with a great steak or rib eye.
When you are out at dinner be sure to choose a good bottle of wine
that will go with your steak, I assure you that the wine will enhance
the flavor of your steak and you will enjoy it much more.
Some of the best wines to drink with your meal are the Cain Five
which comes from Napa Valley, the Cain Five is a steakhouse favorite,
this will be even better after a few years, when the tannins soften
and let the nutty blueberry flavors emerge.
Another great wine to drink with a rib eye is the Carmelo Rodero
Crianza bottled in 1998, it is a Spanish wine from Ribera del Duero.
This wine is espresso-thick with similar flavors, this wine definately
needs a thick, charred steak to accompany it
