One of Malaysia’s pioneer and key players in the Halal industry, Baba Products (M) Sdn Bhd, received the Halal certification from Bahagian Hal Ehwal Islam Malaysia (BAHEIS) in 1996. After that, the halal certification is being done by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) in Malaysia since year 1998 and until now we certified Halal by Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor (JAIS). We strictly complies with Halal Food Malaysian Standards (MS 1500:2019) to meet the requirements of the Muslim community at International Shariah law and fatwa which meets safety, quality and nutritional standards.

The halal compliance is a big achievement for Baba Products (M) Sdn Bhd predominantly being a Non-Muslim organization. This is possible by gaining understanding of the Muslim customer’s beliefs, requirements and preferences. In Malaysia, Muslims and non-Muslims are able to enjoy our Halal products that encompass hygiene, food safety and quality.
