Prepare Ingredients

1 TBSP Ghee or Oil – 30g
1 Packet BABA’S Athirasam Mix – 500g

Cooking Method

Add ghee or oil to BABA’S Athirasam Mix, knead well and rest it (10 mins).
Roll dough into small balls and flatten to donut shape.
Fry in medium hot oil till golden brown.
