¼ Cup Oil - 60ml
½ TSP Fenugreek - 2g
3 Shallots (Sliced) - 30g
6 Cloves Garlic (Sliced) - 20g
2 Stalk Curry Leaves - 3g
1 Green Chilli - 15g

B Ingredients

2 Long Beans - 40g
1 Tomato (Cut) - 75g
2 TBSP BABA'S Salted Fish Curry Mix - 25g
Tamarind Juice - 50ml
5 Fried Salted Fish (Fried) - 50g
½ TSP Salt - 2g
1 ½ Cups Water - 375ml
¼ Cup Coconut Milk - 60ml

Cooking Method

Sauté Ingredients A Till Fragrant (2 Min).
Add Vegetables, BABA'S Salted Fish Curry Mix, Tamarind Juice And A Little Water (2 Min).
Add Salted Fish, Salt And Water. Cover And Cook (5 Min).
Add Coconut Milk And Cook Briefly (2 Min).
