How to Cook? Here Are The Steps

Prepare Ingredients

8 TBSP Cooking Oil – 40ml
1 Onion (Sliced) – 100g
1 Tomato (Chopped) – 75g
1 Spring Curry Leaves – 1g
4 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste – 80g
1½ TSP Salt – 7g
1 TSP BABA’S Turmeric Powder – 2g
1½ TBSP BABA’S Black Pepper Powder – 15g
½ Cup Water – 100ml
6 Hard Boiled Eggs (Split in 2) – 300g
1 TBSP Chopped Coriander Leaves – 5g
1 TBSP Lime Juice – 5ml

Cooking Method

Saute onion, tomato, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste in hot oil till aromatic (3 min).
Add salt, BABA’S Turmeric Powder, BABA’S Black Pepper Powder, water and allow to cook (5 min).
Add eggs, coriander leaves and lime juice once gravy thickens, fold gravy till well coated (2 min).
