½ Kg Meat (Diced) – 500g
¼ TSP BABA'S Turmeric Powder – 1g
½ TSP Salt – 5g
1 Cup Water – 200ml

B Ingredients

¾ Cup Oil – 125ml
10 Shallots (Sliced) – 100g
4 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste – 90g
2 Spring Curry Leaves – 3g
4 Dried Chillies – 4g
2 Tomatoes (Diced) – 100g
1 TSP BABA'S Turmeric Powder – 1g
1 TBSP BABA'S Chilli Powder – 10g

C Ingredients

½ TSP Salt – 5g
4 TBSP BABA'S Garam Masala Mix – 25g
Cashew Nuts (Blended) – 15g
Potatoes (Boiled) – 250g
¼ Cup Water – 50ml
Coriander Leaves (Chopped) – 5g

Cooking Method

Boil Ingredients A Until Soft.
Saute Ingredients B In Sequence (5 Mins).
Add Boiled Meat With Stock And Ingredients C, Then Cook Over Medium Flame (10 Mins).
Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
