BABA'S GHEE URUNDAI MIX is a special blend of roasted mung bean, cardamom, dry ginger, salt and sugar, that can be shaped into balls when hot ghee (clarified butter) is added to it. It can also be used as a premix for sweet cookies or as an alternative base for biscuit base cakes and pies too.

How to Cook? Here Are The Steps

Prepare Ingredients

¾ Cup Ghee - 150 ml
1 Packet BABA’S Ghee Urundai Mix – 500g
Chopped Raisins – 20g
Chopped Roasted Cashew Nuts – 30g

Cooking Method

Heat ghee in a wok (4 min).
Mix raisins and cashew nuts with BABA’S Ghee Urundai Mix.
Pour heated ghee gradually into the mix and shape into small balls.
