How to Cook? Here Are The Steps

Prepare Ingredients

A Ingredients

½ Cup Cooking Oil – 150ml
1½ TSP Cumin Seeds – 4g
1 TSP Fennel Seeds – 4g
½ TSP Fenugreek Seeds – 2g
10 Shallots (Sliced) – 100g
10 Cloves Garlic (Sliced) – 50g
2cm Ginger (Pounded) – 5g
2 Tomatoes (Diced) – 100g
2 Stalks Curry Leaves – 3g

B Ingredients

7 TBSP BABA’S Hot & Spicy Fish Curry Powder – 75g
3 Cups Water – 750ml
1 TBSP Salt – 15g
2 Okra – 30g
10–15 Prawns – 115g To 300g
1 TSP Lime Juice
1 Stalk Coriander Leaves – 3g

Cooking Method

Saute ingredients A in hot oil in the sequence listed (5 min).
Add BABA’S Hot & Spicy Fish Curry Powder and a little water. Saute till oil separates.
Add water, salt, and okra. Cook until tender (10 min).
Reduce flame, add prawns, and cook till done (3 min).
Pour lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves. Turn off flame.
