How to Cook? Here Are The Steps

Prepare Ingredients

A Ingredients

½ Kg Mutton Cubes – 500 g
½ TSP BABA’S Turmeric Powder – 1 g
1 TSP BABA’S Cumin Powder – 5 g
½ TSP Salt – 5 g
1 Cup Water or As Required

B Ingredients

2 TBSP Cooking Oil – 10 g
½ TSP Cumin Seeds – 1 g
½ TSP Fennel Seeds – 1 g
1 Big Onion (Sliced) – 100 g
1 Tomato (Diced) – 100 g
2 TSP Ginger Garlic Paste – 15 g
2 Stalks Curry Leaves – 3 g

C Ingredients

5 TBSP BABA’S Hot & Spicy Meat Curry Powder – 55 g
½ TSP BABA’S Garam Masala Mix – 3 g
1 Potato (Cut Into Wedges) – 100 g
Salt – To Taste
½ Cup Grated Coconut – 50 g
10 Cashews Ground Into Paste – 15 g
½ Cup Water – 125 ml
2 TBSP Chopped Coriander Leaves – 5 g

Cooking Method

Cook ingredient A until the mutton is tender.
Saute all ingredient B in listed order until fragrant.
Add BABA’S Hot & Spicy Mutton Curry Powder, BABA’S Garam Masala Mix, potato & mix well.
Add the cooked mutton with stock and salt. Mix well & let it simmer until potatoes are soft.
Add grated coconut & cashew paste. Turn off flame after first boil.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
