Prepare Ingredients

A Ingredients

1/4 Cup Oil - 70ml
1 Cinnamon - 4g
1 Star Anise - 1g

B Ingredients

1 Onion - 50g
5 Cloves Garlic - 25g
2cm Ginger - 25g
1 TBSP BABA'S Kas Kas Powder - 15g
1 TBSP BABA'S Fennel Powder - 4g
1 TSP BABA'S Cumin Powder - 5g
1 TSP BABA'S Chilli Powder - 4g
1/4 TSP BABA'S Turmeric Powder - 0.5g

C Ingredients

Lamb (Cube) - 250g
1 TSP Salt - 5g
4 Cups Water - 1000ml
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk - 100ml
1 TBSP Lime Juice - 10 ml
3 Shallot (Fried) - 25g
2 Green Chilli (Sliced) - 20 g

Cooking Method

Blend all Ingredients B.
Sauté Ingredients A & B in oil till brown and aromatic (2 min).
Add the lamb and stir fry till brown (5 min).
Add salt & water, cook it covered till soft (30 min).
Add coconut milk and cook till thick (5 min).
