How to Cook? Here Are The Steps

Prepare Ingredients

A Ingredients

½ Cup Cooking Oil - 100ml
1 Cinnamon - 2g
1 Star Anise - 1g
1 Cloves - 0.2g
1 Cardamom - 0.2g

B Ingredients

1 Sliced Onion - 70g
1 Stalk Curry Leaves - 2g
5 Cloves Blended Garlic - 30g
5cm Blended Ginger - 30g
2 Sliced Tomatoes - 150g
½ Chicken - 500g
5 TBSP BABA'S Kurma Mix - 65g
2 TSP Salt - 10g
3 Cups Water - 700ml
2 Diced Potatoes - 150g
1 Cup Full Cream Milk or Coconut Milk - 250ml

Cooking Method

Saute Ingredients A In Oil Till Aromatic. Add Ingredient B And Mix Well (5 Min).
Add Chicken, BABA'S Kurma Mix, Salt And A Little Water; Stir Well (2 Min).
Add Potatoes And The Remaining Water; Cover And Cook (20 Min).
Mix The Milk/Coconut Milk Into The Curry (2 Min).
