How to Cook? Here Are The Steps

Prepare Ingredients

A Ingredients

1 Cup BABA’S Mung Bean (Cooked) – 160g
½ Cup Sugar – 100g
½ Cup Grated Coconut – 30g
1 TSP Salt – 2g

B Ingredients

¾ Cup BABA’S Rice Flour – 80g
¼ Cup Wheat Flour – 30g
½ TSP Salt – 3g
1 TSP Sugar – 4g
¼ TSP BABA’S Turmeric Powder – 0.2g
¾ Cup Water – 150ml

Cooking Method

For Ingredient A, mix sugar, grated coconut and salt into the cooked mung bean. Mash well.
Shape into small round patties.
Combine all Ingredients B and stir until well blended.
Dip the patties into the batter and deep fry until golden yellow.
