Prepare Ingredients

A Ingredients

4 TBSP Oil - 20ml
½ TSP Mustard Seeds - 2g
½ TSP Cumin Seeds - 2g
2 Pcs Dried Chilies - 2g
½ TSP Urid Dhall - 2g
1 Stalk Curry Leaves - 2g

B Ingredients

2 TBSP BABA'S Rasam Mix - 25g
1 Mashed Tomato - 100g
1 TSP Salt
4 Cup Tamarind Water (1L Water + 60g Tamarind)
Few Chopped Coriander Leaves

Cooking Method

Saute Ingredients A In Hot Oil In The Sequence Listed (1 Min).
Add Rasam Mix And A Little Water; Saute Till Oil Separates (1 Min).
Add The Rest Of Ingredients B And Turn Off The Flame After The First Boil (5 Min). Add Coriander Leaves.
