14 Pcs Blended Shallots - 110g
15 Cloves Blended Garlic - 55g
10cm Blended Ginger - 35g
14cm Blended Galangal - 60g
2 Stalks Bruised Lemongrass - 30g

B Ingredients

2 Cups Coconut Milk - 500ml
7 TBSP BABA'S Rendang Mix - 50g
1 Chicken, Chopped - 1kg
4 TSP Salt - 19g
2 Cups Water - 500ml
3 TBSP Roasted Coconut - 36g
3 Kaffir Lime Leaves - 3g
Sliced Turmeric Leaves - 2g

Cooking Method

Saute Ingredients A In Oil Till Aromatic (2 Min).
Add Coconut Milk And BABA'S Rendang Mix (2 Min).
Add Chicken, Salt, Water And Mix. Cover And Cook (10 Min).
Add Roasted Coconut, Kaffir Lime Leaves And Turmeric Leaves. Stir Till The Gravy Becomes Thick (20 Min).
