How to Cook? Here Are The Steps

Prepare Ingredients

A Ingredients

2 Cups Water - 500ml
2 Cups Thick Coconut Milk - 500ml
BABA'S Turmeric Powder - 2.5g
2 Stalks Lemongrass, Bruised - 30g

B Ingredients

2 Cloves Garlic - 9g
1 Onion - 60g
1 Red Chilli - 13g
6 Bird’s Eye Chilli - 10g

C Ingredients

1 Cup Prawns - 300g
1 Dried Tamarind Slice - 3g
1 Brinjal - 100g
1 TSP Salt - 6g
1 TSP Sugar - 5g

Cooking Method

Add A Ingredients into a pot in the listed order and stir well (5 min).
Add blended B Ingredients and stir well until it boils (5 min).
Add C Ingredients and cook till prawns are fully done (7 min).
